Power plant field: The medium voltage switchgear is located in the power plant and is mainly used for the output voltage of the generator and the transmission process in the system. 3. Armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase 50 Hz power systems. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy and controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits.

This product complies with the GB3906 standard "3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear," GB/T11022 "Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear standards," IEC60298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1kV and up to 50kV," and DL/T404 "Technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear."

1. Ambient air temperature; maximum temperature +40ºC, minimum temperature -15ºC.

2. Humidity conditions;

Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%

Daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa;

Monthly average cabinet relative humidity: ≤90%

3. Altitude: less than 1000m.

4. Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.

5. The surrounding air should not be exposed to corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, or other obvious pollutants.

6. No places with frequent severe vibrations.

7. When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding the specifications of GB3906, it should be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

The cabinet is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, using advanced multiple folding technology, connected with pull lily nuts and high-strength bolts, with high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and strong component interchangeability.

4. Can be equipped with ZN 63A-12 series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, with wide applicability, high reliability, and maintenance-free operation for many years.

5. The handcart device has positioning and display devices for working, testing, and various positions, ensuring safety and reliability.

6. Various types of handcart devices can be changed like modular blocks, ensuring free interchangeability among carts of the same specifications, while carts of different specifications are strictly prohibited from entering.

7. The handcart is transported by a dedicated carrier, making it easy and flexible to operate.

8. The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables.

9. Highly reliable interlocking device that fully meets the "five prevention" requirements.

10. Each high-voltage compartment has a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.

11. The front door is equipped with an observation window made of explosion-proof glass, allowing the working status of internal components to be observed.

12. When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding the GB3906 specifications, it should be determined through consultation between the user and the manufacturer.
