Prefabricated Substation (E-House), also known as Powerhouse, Power Distribution Center, etc., are prefabricated modular steel structure outdoor enclosures that can accommodate medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) switchgear as well as auxiliary equipment. E-House can be installed by prying or directly on a flatbed truck, achieving shorter on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up time. It is a high-quality and efficient alternative to traditional on-site civil engineering substations and electrical rooms (such as concrete, brick buildings, etc.).
Close collaboration with major suppliers during design/manufacturing to facilitate modifications and integration. Conduct overall testing on E-House (including all its components) before transportation to reduce on-site risks. Its mobility makes installation and transfer easier, more convenient, and cost-effective. E-House can be installed near the main load, which can reduce the size and length of power and control cables, while also reducing energy loss.
Application
E-House is becoming increasingly popular in the fields of power generation, oil and gas, mineral extraction, and process industries.
